Large machine tool: Double-unit press brake is loading into the container today
Under about two monthes’ endeavor of all staff in ZDMT, the large machine tool designated by clients from Poland is finished successfully. After about one week’s training for the clients in operating and adjusting, the machine is loading into the container today.
This machine mainly consist of two pieces of press brake and can achieve single and double synchronous work which will greatly see the various needs in industrial produce. Since the exceeding weight, height and length of the machine, we adopt two open top containers and divide the machine into two main parts. The loading for the large machine thus has high requirements to the workers and the devices, but our workshop is facilitated with machanical tools, the loading process doesn’t come to be difficult though very trouble.
There will be about one month’s travel on the sea, in case of unnecessary damage during shipping, our works make full protection of this machine: lock with steel bar in the bottom of the machine; fixed with wire on the two sides, cover with plastic bag and make currently a shelf and fixed to the top of the container, then cover the container with anti-raining cloth.
The machine tool will enlarge our European market of large size of machine, meanwhile, it indicates our another great progress in manufacturing ability as a professional supplier in China.
