A Large Heavy Duty Guillotine Shear Dispatched

    In the morning, a completely-tested large guillotine shear is ready to be dispatched to a domestic famous steel-work company.

    It is not the first large machine dispatched from ZDMT, but it still has unique meaning for us for the reason that it is a large guillotine shear. It is QC11Y- 16×800 which has the capacity to cutting plate of 16mm thickness and 8meter width and weighs about 60 tonnages. It took more than two month to finish the machine. Meanwhile, the factory’s processing, assembling and loading capacity has been strictly tested. 

    Guillotine shear is second generation shearing machine, which are now widely used in European countries, U.S.A. and other developed countries and districts in the field of steel work, ship building, vehicle manufacturing, container assembling, machinery industry and etc. It provides better precision and shearing results than pendulum shears. Guillotine technology is the most advanced technology for hydraulic shearing machine. Obviously, such a huge heavy duty guillotine shear requires more advanced processing technology.
